Classes Back For 2012
Welcome back for 2012. After my two week break, during which I managed to do not much at all (well, I was still going to work every day), I am looking forward to getting up on the roof and sharing some yoga with you all! Classes start Monday 2nd January.
The first Thursday sequence for the year, still in production, is probably going to be a meditative flow class that will focus on connecting movement and breath throughout. We will do lots of standing flow sequences, including the lovely mandala namaskars where we move in a circle. I don't expect we will be doing anything too difficult in this sequence, but we will be in continual motion so expect the heart rate to rise a little.
Other classes are as usual!
