Question - Is it Correct to Pull the Navel towards the Spine. Answer - ...

For those of you who have been studying with me this week you may have been blown away (as I first was) with the notion that sucking everything in (as sometimes gets taught) is not necessarily a good way to practice if you are looking to create firmness while allowing the spine freedom to move.  Here is one of my teachers, Simon Borg Olivier, explaining this in more detail.  Come to class and we can practice!  Much metta,
